Extremely poor customer service. It has now taken 4 x 40mile round trips to get the correct parts for my elderly grandparents tractor. No apology for the time and diesel wasted and it doesnt seem the counter staff on the Parts/Store desk have any idea what they are doing or advising their customers considering they are John Deere dealers. 3 sets of wrong parts later and we may be sorted this weekend after 2 weeks. Appaling.

Efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Staff are always very friendly. More than just a main agent for John Deere they've tolerated me for forty+ years which speaks volumes in itself.
