Excellent. Quick response. Knew what the problem was and fixed within 5 minutes. You can't beat old school knowledge.

Initially contacted Allan in August to repair a T1 Heat sensor fault on my Miele Tumble Dryer. As Allan was on holiday he contacted me a week later to arrange a visit. 2 weeks later he contacted me and excused his tardiness due to being really busy having just returned from his vacation. He replaced 1 sensor at the back of the dryer. The fault message now showed Technical fault. He said that this was a different issue and that he would need to order the part. Following discussions about his electrical expertise/experience he said that a he had connections/access to Miele Technical manuals so would be able to identify the fault. I emailed, phoned, text with no initial reply for over 2 weeks. Almost given up I made another attempt to contact him and arranged for him to come with the 'ordered' part to fix the 2nd Technical fault. On this occasion he didn't remove the the back of the machine as previously (which is where he initially said the heat sensors where located), he took the top off, replaced it. Then pulled the front off. The fault reoccured so he then decided to take the dryer away to his work shop and would return in a couple of days. A week later I contacted Allan to get an update. He said that he had been unable to find and fix the fault . We agreed that he should return the dyer to me which he did a week later. Now into Mid October my dryer is returned; but not only with possibly more faults than initially but also with bumps and scratches on the front and sides which were NOT there when the dryer left me. To say I'm disappointed is an under statement. I tried to stay local and support my local independent businesses, will I do this again ?

Amazing service!! Can’t recommend Allan highly enough! Made an emergency call out to Monmouth Appliance Centre when the thermostat on the cooker in our holiday cottage broke. We phoned him at 9am on a Saturday morning and despite having another job on and a family BBQ at lunchtime he was round by 11am had us back on within the hour - he even stayed longer than planned as once the thermostat had been replaced - a connection wire on the back of the cooker was fried and also needed fixing to get us back up and running. Not only did he save the day with new guests arriving for their holiday that afternoon - but he was so professional, friendly and excellent value for money. Utterly reliable and trustworthy. Will be using Allan for all our electrical repairs in the future - 5*** service!!!

Master Appliance has always been great! They're exactly what small town service is all about! New or used theyll take care of you. When my fridge died recently I went to them. From the time I went in, picked a new one, had it installed and the old one removed was only 1.5 hours. Thank you!!!
